Will Kelly's Biography
A native to Richmond, Will Kelly grew up in the suburbs of the city and is now trying to broaden his experience by living in Church Hill. He got involved at CHAT just this past spring semester, and through interacting with the kids there felt led to turn his summer into a CHAT summer. The more he is around CHAT, the kids, and the board members, the more he sees CHAT's vision for the community. There is not a need for other people to lend a hand to this community, but to instead walk alongside it and be a part of it. Will hopes that this summer he and his gifts will be used to bless CHAT and the community, and to also see God work through everyday living and simple community there in Church Hill.

Born in Tampa, Florida, Will was raised in Richmond over the past 14 years. After the 3rd grade, Will's parents, decided to home school their children. In high school, Will attended Westminster Academy at Third Presbyterian Church until his senior year, where he did an independent study semester. He is currently a rising junior at the University of Richmond, where he is a Bonner Scholar. He is a Philosophy Major, with a minor in Law and the Liberal Arts; his hope is to go to law school after graduating. He is an active member of Intervarsity Christian Fellowship, where he is on their Coordinating Team as the Worship Leader. Will grew up as a member of West End Assembly of God Church, and this past winter also began attending West End Presbyterian Church. He is a part of a family of five: his mother and father, Bill and Cathy, and his two younger brothers, John and Thomas, 17 and 11.

Will's interests include basketball, soccer, volleyball, football and racquetball. He enjoys music, and reading. Will is also a 5-year guitar player, and he leads praise music for his Intervarsity chapter at U of R.
