Gordon Meader's Biography
I was born in Boston, Massachusetts, and have lived there, and in the South Shore of Massachusetts for my whole life. I love Massachusetts, especially the beaches near where I grew up, and the landscape around there. I grew up in public schools, and went finally to Marshfield Public High School. I have two siblings, a younger brother Nathaniel, who is 17, and a younger sister Kathryn, who is 12. My father, Geoff, is a lawyer in Boston, and my mother, Tess, is a special education aide at an elementary school in Marshfield.
I am now a sophomore at the University of Richmond, and am thoroughly enjoying my time there. I am studying English, and learning many new things both through my classes and my relationships. I have had a great time so far getting to know the people there, and I have been challenged and stretched by many new ideas while there. I am on the leadership team for Intervarsity Christian Fellowship, and next year I will be working as part of the Community Team, seeking to help our fellowship look more like the Kingdom of God. I also hope to play on the club lacrosse team, if that works out. I am looking forward to participating in the ministry of CHAT this summer, and I anticipate many challenges, but on top of that, many beautiful memories and relationships.
