My name is Hayley Redmond. I grew up in Richmond, Virginia. However, currently I am a rising sophomore at Furman University in South Carolina. I am so excited about this summer and the experiences the Lord is going to show me for the purpose of building his kingdom.
I am working with the Little Tykes this summer, and I am so excited to love on the kids and show them Christ's love for them! I hope my thoughts and words in this blog this summer are reflective of the change thats happening in my heart as well as this city!
In Christ alone my hope is found, He is my light, my strength, my song; this Cornerstone, this solid Ground, firm through the fiercest drought and storm. What heights of love, what depths of peace, when fears are stilled, when strivings cease! My Comforter, my All in All, here in the love of Christ I...

This weekend was the intern retreat at Lake Anna. It was SO much FUN!! We got to go water tubing, hang out, relax, watch movies, and enjoy each others company. If we really all took the bible seriously, and had faith that the lord will provide everything would look different. Everything.” That hit me...

What really brings change into this world? What defines a leader? All my life I have been a follower. I am an active participant only after I see others taking action. When I reflect on people who I admired in high school, or witness at Furman, church, Church Hill, and in the world, the one...

So this is my first blog! Kind of daunting not going to lie, but I really want to have this blog be one of the places where I can hash out ideas and events through out the summer and be truly honest. I have a feeling it won’t be very organized kind of a whatever...
